We* will replace or repair any part of furniture defective due to faulty materials or workmanship free of charge within one year of purchase.

Please examine your products carefully on delivery and report any damage to our Customer Services team within 5 working days. Our standard conditions apply.

What We Cover & What You Need To Do:

• All items we offer one-year guarantee.
• When your delivery arrives make sure you check everything carefully. Let our customer service team know about any damage as soon as possible. Please email to interiorpluslondon@outlook.com
• We will need photos of the fault as evidence.
• Sometimes we might arrange to send a furniture technician to have a look. The decision of this inspector will be final.
• We will try our best when replacing same product. We will consider alternative options if is product failure or stock issue.
• If repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer you the chance to pick an equivalent product.
• The guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to the original buyer and UK mainland. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

We Do Not Cover:

• Accidental damages: Water, Liquid, Heat Marks, Tears, Rip, Dents & Punches, Chips, Burns, Scratches, Scuffs, Broken Glass.
• Furniture in storage or transit.
• By or resulting from misuse, mishandling, abuse, neglect, violence or vandalism.
• By or resulting from deliberate damage by any person, including children.
• Removal of stains caused by a build-up of perspiration, hair and/or body oils.
• By fire, fibre damage, smoke, ash, flood, wind, lightning in the act of sunlight, oxidisation, or any other natural disaster.
• Colour loss or any change in colour as a result of usage or wear and tear.
• Damage caused by insects, non-domestic animals or wild birds.
• Use of the furniture in a manner other than that intended by the manufacture.
• Loss of resilience to the interior foam that is not abnormal to industry expectation over the time period.
• Natural characteristics of leather, such as brands, bites, tick marks and opened scars.
• Fading, effect of sunlight or non-colour fast materials.
